Why SnapFile exists
SnapFile started as an internal tool for tradespeople who were tired of losing evenings to paperwork. The core idea is simple: every photo you take on site should already be 90% of the report. The remaining 10% — title, date, client name — should take less than a minute on your phone.
What we believe
- Documentation should serve the worker, not the other way around. If software needs training, it has already failed.
- Honesty travels in pixels. A timestamped photo with a clear note settles disputes that words cannot.
- Privacy is a feature. Your photos and reports stay on your device. We can't read them — by design.
