Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. The service
SnapFile is a web application that lets you assemble photo reports as PDF documents in your browser. The service is provided by Viiptag Digital, registered in Estonia.
2. Account and access
You authenticate with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
3. Plans and pricing
- Free — 10 reports per calendar month, no card required, no expiry.
- PLUS — €15 per month, 500 reports per month, full features.
- Enterprise — custom plans for teams; contact us for a quote.
Prices include VAT where applicable. We may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions keep their original price for the current billing period.
4. Try before you pay, cancel anytime
We deliberately do not offer a refund window — because you never need one:
- Free plan — use SnapFile forever at 10 reports/month, no card required. Try every core feature without spending a cent.
- 7-day full PLUS trial — before you pay, test every PLUS feature for a full week.
If after both of those you still want PLUS, subscribe with confidence. You can cancel your PLUS subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SnapFile to:
- Generate documents containing illegal content
- Impersonate another person or business
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
- Resell or sublicense the service without written agreement
6. Your content
You retain full ownership of every photo and PDF you create. SnapFile never receives a copy — content stays on your device.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous three months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
